You must be 21+ to browse and buy from Hanks. No kids, no exceptions.
Ordering & Payment
When you place an order, you’re telling us, “Yes, I want this.” We confirm, charge your card, and get to work. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods shown at checkout. If your card declines, we can’t make magic happen—try another one.
Returns & Refunds
For hygiene reasons, all sales are final. If your product arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 7 days, and we’ll make it right.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship discreetly. No flashy branding, no embarrassing boxes. Just a plain package with your soon-to-be favorite thing inside. Shipping times vary, normally between 2-5 business days, and once it leaves our hands, it’s in the capable (but sometimes unpredictable) hands of the carrier.
Liability & Common Sense
We sell pleasure products, not life-or-death medical devices. Use responsibly. We’re not liable for misuse, wild ideas, or attempts to defy the laws of physics.
Intellectual Property
Our content, branding, and materials belong to Hanks. Don’t copy, steal, or try to pass off our work as your own.

Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Final. Due to the personal nature of our products, we don’t do returns. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Shipping Policy

Orders ship in discreet packaging.
Orders processed within 1-2 business days.
Once processed, shipments should arrive between 2-5 business days depending on your location within the United States.
International shipping available, customs delays possible.
If your package is lost, contact us and we’ll help track it down.
